Welcome to My Studio

I spent some time reorganizing and adding a few new things to make my studio more functional this year.

For my birthday, my in-laws gifted me a stand-up drawing table, giving me an easier place to paint and work on paper. My husband also gifted me a phone stand that attaches to the table and includes a light, making it easy to record my painting process.

I also added a desk and computer for digital work, filing, and other studio tasks.

I created a “clean” workspace by adding a tablecloth to an existing table for framing, shipping, viewing artwork, and cutting paper. This was the best solution as I can remove it whenever I need extra painting space!

I also moved a shelf from another room in our home to display my art books, work by some of my favorite artists who inspire me, scripture cards, and knickknacks.

I also added some extra seating for when friends, family and collectors come by!
