Any full price non-commissioned paintings can be exchanged for a credit (minus shipping) to use on shelbyleighdesigns.com. As long as the following conditions are met.
The artwork must be in its original condition.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return.
If the artwork is returned damaged/defective, I will not be able to provide a refund. (Please contact me if you need help with how to package the art to ship.)
Any sale item is not eligible for returns.
You will have 5 days from receiving the artwork to contact me to start the return process.

Refunds are only given in the form of a credit to shelbyleighdesigns.com UNLESS the artwork is damaged.
If your artwork is damaged or defective when it arrives, you are eligible for a refund. The refund will be returned through the same payment you used to purchase the artwork.

Paintings valued at $1000 and greater will require a signature when delivered. Please plan accordingly and reach out to me directly with any concerns! I'm here to help!
Art is shipped from Hattiesburg, Mississippi using USPS or UPS.
If you live in or around the Hattiesburg area, there is always a free local pick up option and if your order is greater than $300 I can deliver to you directly.
