The meaning behind this collection
The Birth Flower Collection is a celebration of the children we have been given—whether they are still here with us or already home in heaven.
This collection grew out of the joys and anxieties of motherhood and a simple reminder from Matthew 6: look at the flowers. Jesus reminds us that if God so beautifully clothes the flowers of the field, how much more will He care for His children.
The collection began with a single verse of a song:
“Look at the flowers in their beauty,
I don’t have to wonder,
You know what You’re doing.”
The playful colors and patterns are inspired by childhood—the colors and shapes children are naturally drawn to. The blue grounding each painting represents a faith rooted in His Word and the reminder that we can trust God with our children and their futures.
As Jesus says in Matthew 6:30–34, we do not need to be consumed by worry about tomorrow. “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.”
