From botanicals capturing the blooms of your wedding bouquet, the birth flower of your children, or that one flowers that holds a special meaning to you…
To breathtaking landscapes capturing where you said, “I do,” the perfect family vacation spot, or the sunset that reminded you of the glory of the Lord in creation...
There’s nothing quite like a custom commission—turning your most cherished memories and emotions into a timeless piece of art you’ll treasure forever.
I’m truly excited at the thought of bringing your vision to a canvas.
-Shelby
How does it work?
By placing a deposit on a commission, you’re reserving a spot for a commission during the quarter you choose. The deposit is the same for every reservation—no matter the size of the piece—and will be applied toward the total cost of your artwork.
These commissions will be completed by March 31st, 2026.
How does Shelby bring your vision to life?
After you reserve your commission, Shelby will reach out via email or phone—whichever you prefer—to confirm the details of your commissioned painting. After this conversation, Shelby will create and send a small sketch to make sure the overall direction feels just right.
Throughout the process, Shelby will share updates and check in to see if there’s anything you’d like adjusted or added. Her goal is to make sure you feel 100% happy with your artwork.
How much does it cost and when are payments due?
A 50% payment is required to begin the project. When your piece is complete and approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due.
Remember—the reservation deposit is applied toward your total cost.
What about framing?
Framing is not included in the commission price. However, I’m happy to frame your piece for an additional fee or work directly with your local framer to help bring your framing vision to life.
Note
